How do I report a false alert?
From the app Timeline, you can view all the recordings that were triggered by an unsafe event. If after watching the video you conclude it was a false alert, you can report it by tapping the False Alert button.

For how long are videos stored and accessible in the Timeline?
By default, video footage of events is stored for seven days on a rolling basis. You can choose not to save these videos by going to Menu -> Camera and de-select the option to save the videos.
